Role Description The Owner role at QI Spine is a full-time, in office position based in Navi Mumbai, responsible for overseeing overall clinic operations and strategic direction. This includes managing clinical and non-clinical teams, ensuring high standards of patient care, and maintaining alignment with QI Spine’s non-surgical, evidence-based treatment philosophy. The Owner will monitor financial performance, optimize resource utilization, and drive clinic growth through quality outcomes and patient satisfaction. Day-to-day responsibilities involve supervising service delivery, ensuring regulatory and compliance adherence, and fostering a culture of integrity, transparency, and continuous improvement. The role also includes building local partnerships, representing the clinic in community and professional forums, and implementing initiatives that enhance patient experience and long-term recovery outcomes.
Qualifications
Experience in healthcare or clinic management,



with the ability to oversee multidisciplinary teams and clinical operations.
Strong leadership, decision-making, and people management skills, with a focus on ethical, patient-centered care.
Business acumen in budgeting, financial oversight, and growth planning for a healthcare service or similar venture.
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills, including patient, staff, and partner engagement.
Ability to work on-site in Navi Mumbai and commit to a full-time schedule, maintaining a consistent presence in the clinic.
Experience with evidence-based, non-surgical or orthopedic care models is an advantage.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, healthcare administration, medicine, or a related field preferred.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and comfort with using digital tools and healthcare software.
