Role: Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Primary responsibility: Own the full inbound sales cycle end to end. Take every lead coming in from the website, qualify it, run the product demo, send the quote, negotiate and close. Ensure all activity is tracked and closed in the CRM.

Core responsibilities
- Inbound lead intake:
- Monitor incoming leads daily




- Assess lead fit against the ideal customer profile
- Determine budget and scope eligibility within 24 hours
- Disqualify low-fit leads with documented reasoning in the CRM

2.Lead qualification calls
- Conduct qualification calls with interested leads
- Understand their business, pain points, budget, and timeline
- Determine if they're demo ready or need nurturing
- Document call outcome in the CRM

3.Product demos
- Create and own the chance in the CRM through to close
- Schedule product demos with qualified leads
- Deliver the demo, tailored to the lead's use case and pain points
- Log demo outcome and agreed next steps immediately after the call

4.Quoting, negotiation and close
- Prepare and send quotes with correct scope, pricing and terms
- Handle objections, negotiate commercials and secure internal approval on exceptions
- Drive the deal to signature and collect the signed agreemen
