We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive growth for our AI/GenAI product portfolio. The ideal candidate will have experience in selling AI, SaaS, or technology solutions, with a robust ability to identify opportunities, build client and partner relationships, and close high-value deals. This role also owns the development and management of our channel partner ecosystem — including resellers, system integrators, and technology alliances — to expand market reach and drive channel-sourced revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for AI/GenAI products and solutions
- Drive end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, qualification, demos, negotiations, and closures
- Engage with CXOs, product heads, and decision-makers across industries
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
- Understand client requirements and map them to AI-based solutions (LLMs, automation, analytics, etc.)
- Collaborate with technical teams to create custom proposals and solution pitches




- Achieve and exceed revenue targets and KPIs, including channel-sourced revenue
- Track market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging AI opportunities
- Manage CRM pipelines and provide accurate sales forecasts
- Identify, recruit, and onboard channel partners, resellers, and system integrators to extend market coverage for AI/GenAI offerings
- Manage partners — onboarding, enablement, performance monitoring, and relationship management
- Manage joint business and go-to-market plans with partners to drive co-selling and channel pipeline growth
- Train and enable partner sales and pre-sales teams on product positioning, use cases, and competitive differentiation
- Monitor and review partner performance against agreed targets, driving corrective action or growth plans as needed
- Act as a point of contact for partner escalations, ensuring alignment between partner activity and direct sales efforts
