B2B Sales Manager – LinkCxO
Location: Navi Mumbai (Turbhe) or Noida (Sector 62) or Pune (Yerawada)
Engagement Type: Full time Complete WFO role (9 AM to 6:30 PM, Monday to Friday)
Responsibilities
- Prepare and achieve monthly revenue targets for both B2B and B2C.
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify, qualify, and engage with:
- HR Heads, TA Leaders, CHROs, and Business Heads for B2B Product.
- Corporate sales heads/ partnerships heads of premium brands for B2C platform.

- Client Acquisition & Onboarding: Pitch and acquire clients for:
- NetraX (B2B product by LinkCxO). NetraX is an AI led talent discovery and screening product. It is offered as NetraX standalone product or NetraX Search or NetraX RPO. This is a disruptive talent solution, one in a kind in the market for early, emerging talent hiring, executive search and volume hiring.
- Partnerships (B2C platform of LinkCxO). Engage with premium brands and bring them onboard on our B2C platform for senior professionals.
