About the RoleWe're looking for a Social Media Manager who lives and breathes content. Someone who understands what makes people stop scrolling, knows each platform's audience inside out, and can turn a brand brief into content that performs.
You'll own the content strategy for your client brands end to end — ideating, conceptualizing, and shaping posts, reels, and short-form videos, then working with our designers and video editors to bring them to life. You'll obsess over performance, read what the audience responds to,



and keep optimizing. Strong client communication matters here too — you'll be the one presenting ideas and translating brand goals into great content.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop social media content strategies for client brands that connect with their target audience and drive strong organic performance
- Deeply understand each platform's audience, formats, and algorithm (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube) — and tailor content to each
- Ideate and conceptualize scroll-stopping, on-brand content — posts, reels, carousels, stories, and short-form videos
- Write compelling copy — captions, hooks, and scripts — suited to each platform and audience
- Brief and coordinate with designers and video editors to bring content ideas to life, ensuring quality and brand
