About us
CamClo AI builds AI software for fashion, e-commerce brands and various agencices. Our platform lets a brand turn a single product photo into on-model imagery, video, and ready-to-run ad creative, and then runs and optimises their ad campaigns automatically. We sell to D2C brands, e-commerce teams, marketplaces, and performance marketing agencies.

The role
We are looking for a sales leader who has sold SaaS before and knows how to build a pipeline from zero. You will own the number, build and lead the sales team, and decide how we go to market. This is not an order-taking role. You will be expected to design the motion, not just execute someone else's playbook.

You will report to the founder and work closely with product and marketing.

What you will own
- Own the monthly and quarterly revenue targets for current business.
- Build, hire, train, and manage a team of sales executives and SDRs. Set their targets, run their reviews, and coach them on live calls.
- Design and run outbound: build ICP lists, write and A/B test cold email sequences, run LinkedIn outreach,



and manage cold calling cadences.
- Book and run discovery calls, product demos, and pilot conversations with founders, marketing heads, and agency owners.
- Build and manage the sales pipeline in a CRM. Keep the data clean and the forecast honest.
- Design pricing conversations, negotiate contracts, and close deals across self-serve, subscription, and enterprise or agency plans.
- Own the full funnel metrics: reply rate, meeting-booked rate, demo-to-trial, trial-to-paid, ACV, and churn on your accounts.
- Build partnership and channel motions where they make sense, for example agency reseller tie-ups, marketplace partnerships, and industry associations.
- Feed structured market and objection data back to product. You are our closest ear to the customer.
- Represent us at industry events, expos, and webinars.
