About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR & Operations Executive to support our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing end-to-end recruitment, employee lifecycle processes, HR operations, and process optimization. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring productive HR practices, maintaining accurate records, supporting people initiatives, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and candidate communication.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and candidates.
- Manage offer rollouts and ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Prepare and maintain employee documentation, contracts, and HR records.
- Ensure employee data is accurate,



organized, and confidential.
- Track probation, confirmations, employee lifecycle events, and HR documentation.
- Assist in developing and updating HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbooks.
- Support performance management processes, including review cycles and Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs).
- Maintain HR trackers, recruitment reports, and key HR metrics.
- Ensure HR processes are followed consistently and identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support HR initiatives and organizational goals.
- Streamline HR workflows to improve efficiency and consistency.
- Support implementation and adoption of HR tools and systems.
- Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and recruitment analytics for leadership.
- Contribute to HR projects, employee engagement initiatives, and continuous process improvements.
