️ Execute dairy projects (Greenfield & Brownfield) across locations
⏱️ Ensure timely completion as per project schedules
Material planning, tracking & cost control
Handle construction of dairy plants & chilling centers
⚙️ Installation, erection & commissioning of dairy equipment
? Manage utilities (Boilers, ETP, WTP, Compressors, Cold Rooms, Electricals)
Liaison with Govt. authorities (Factories, CEIG, IBR, PCB)
⚡ Drive energy efficiency & sustainability initiatives
Team management & manpower optimization
? Vendor development & contractor management
Coordinate with internal teams & OEMs (Tetra Pak etc.)
Ensure statutory compliance for new/expansion projects
Implement TPM, ISO, SHE,



FSSAI standards
Maintain documentation & periodic reporting

Candidate Profile
B.Tech – Dairy / Mechanical / Electrical or related field
? 10–15 years in dairy project execution
Experience in fully automatic ice cream plant operations/projects is preferred
️ Strong experience in Greenfield / Brownfield projects
⚙️ Expertise in dairy equipment & utilities
? Solid coordination & stakeholder management skills
