Job Summary:
The Territory Manager is responsible for driving product sales within a designated market in alignment with Dodge Industrial’s strategic goals. This role focuses on building long-term customer relationships, identifying and developing new business opportunities, and ensuring a seamless sales process from initial contact to post-sales support. It requires strong technical knowledge of mechanical power transmission products, as well as the ability to collaborate with internal teams and channel partners to ensure customer satisfaction and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy & Execution
- Drive sales of Dodge products, systems, and services by meeting volume, mix, and profitability targets within assigned business units or product groups.




- Develop and implement market segmentation and penetration strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and manage sales initiatives from prospecting to close.

2. Customer & Channel Partner Engagement
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to address specific needs and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Maintain effective relationships with channel partners to support sustainable business growth.
- Recommend viable product solutions and develop repeat business through value-added engagement.

3. Marketing & Business Development
- Support efficient marketing activities and communicate the value proposition of Dodge’s offerings.
- Launch new products/applications and support focused marketing efforts based on customer segments.
- Identify and develop new market opportunities through proposals, presentations, and solution-based selling.

4. Sales Planning & Offer Preparation
- Prepare sales plan
