About the Role
We're looking for a seasoned Technical Delivery/Program Manager to own and drive end-to-end delivery of large-scale, enterprise Microsoft technology programs. This is a high-visibility role for someone who has led complex, multi-workstream engineering programs — someone equally comfortable in a stakeholder steering committee and a sprint planning session. You'll sit at the intersection of technical depth and delivery leadership, directly shaping outcomes for a marquee Microsoft technology engagement.

What You'll Own
- End-to-end delivery of the program across multiple concurrent workstreams — scope, timelines, quality, and outcomes
- Engineering leadership — guide teams to consistent, high-quality, on-time delivery




- Agile execution — drive sprint planning, release planning, and governance across Agile/Scrum and SAFe frameworks
- Risk & escalation management — proactively manage scope, dependencies, risks, and escalations before they become blockers
- Stakeholder orchestration — be the connective tissue between customer stakeholders, architects, product owners, and engineering teams
- Delivery metrics — monitor KPIs across productivity, quality, and resource utilization, and act on what the data tells you
- Governance & compliance — ensure engineering best practices, security, and compliance standards are consistently met
- Continuous improvement — champion process excellence and operational efficiency across the program
- People leadership — mentor Team Leads and build bench strength within the engineering organization
- Executive communication — deliver crisp, regular status updates and delivery reporting to leadership
