Job Description:
- We are looking for energetic, ambitious, and highly motivated fresh graduates to join our Business Development team.
- This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy interacting with people, building relationships, solving business challenges, and creating new business opportunities.
- During the first one-month, selected candidates will undergo an intensive training program covering staffing, business development, sales methodologies, and market intelligence.
- Based on performance, aptitude, and business requirements, candidates will be aligned to either the India or UK market.

Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify prospective clients through LinkedIn, market research, and other business intelligence tools.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings with decision-makers.




- Build and nurture relationships with HR, Talent Acquisition, Procurement, and business leaders.
- Execute outbound outreach through emails, LinkedIn, and cold calling.
- Understand client hiring challenges and position staffing and workforce solutions accordingly.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems.
- Track industry trends, hiring patterns, and competitor activities.
- Participate in client meetings, presentations, and business discussions.
- Consistently achieve activity and business development targets.
