Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Sales Executive with a robust understanding of the Delhi NCR property market. This is a client-facing role for someone who enjoys networking, generating new business, building long-term relationships, and closing deals.

We're not looking for someone who waits for leads- we're looking for someone who creates opportunities.

Responsibilities
- Generate new business through networking, cold outreach, referrals, and relationship building.




- Source and acquire new property listings from landlords, developers, and investors.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content and property showcases.
- Represent the company in marketing videos, social media content, client presentations, and industry events.
- Conduct client meetings and site visits.
- Negotiate lease and sale transactions from initial discussions through closing.
- Stay updated on market trends, pricing, vacancies, and new developments across Delhi, Gurgaon, and Noida.
- Be an expert in the documentation process

Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate sales or leasing.
- Excellent knowledge of the commercial real estate market in Delhi, Gurgaon, and Noida.
- Proven ability to generate leads and close transactions independently.
- Excellent Customer Service skills, with a focus on responsiveness, relationship-building, and client satisfaction.
