Experience
8–12 Years
Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.
- Proficiency in relevant architectural design and coordination software.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and refine architectural design concepts for large-scale residential projects.
- Support the Team Lead in preparing concept design options and incorporating management feedback.
- Coordinate with Structural, MEP, HVAC, Landscape, Interior and other consultants to ensure seamless project execution.
- Manage and mentor associate architects while ensuring timely delivery of presentation,



approval and Valuable for Construction (GFC) drawings.
- Conduct regular site visits to review construction progress, resolve design-related issues and ensure design intent is maintained.
- Drive the adoption of new design technologies and promote continuous learning within the team.

Regulatory Approvals & Liaison
- Coordinate with liaison consultants, architects and statutory authorities to obtain required project approvals.
- Represent the organization before regulatory authorities, including MOEF/SEAC, for statutory clearances.
- Review and validate sanction drawings before submission.

Technical Review & Documentation
- Review area statements, sale drawings and agreement drawings with reference to approved plans.
- Review and approve GFC drawings across all disciplines, including: Architecture, Structural, Electrical, Plumbing (PHE), Fire Fighting & Fire Protection, HVAC, Landscape, Interiors, Vendor Drawing
