Schneider Electric is looking for a high-performing Senior Manager - Channel Sales to accelerate the growth of our Building Management Systems (BMS) business across West India.

You will play a key role in expanding our presence across the region by working closely with channel partners, consultants, contractors, system integrators, PMCs, architects, and end customers.

What You'll Do
- Drive sales growth for Schneider Electric's Building Management Systems and integrated building solutions across West India.
- Build, develop, and manage a strong network of channel partners, distributors, system integrators, consultants, PMCs, contractors, architects, and key customers.




- Identify and develop new business opportunities while creating a robust project pipeline.
- Execute regional growth strategies aligned with key market segments and business objectives.
- Promote Schneider Electric's value proposition through solution presentations, customer engagement, and consultative selling.
- Support partners with tender management, budgeting, estimation, pricing, proposal preparation, and commercial negotiations.
- Drive cross-selling and upselling opportunities across building automation, HVAC controls, fire and security systems, and digital building technologies.
- Collaborate with internal sales, specification, project execution, service, finance, and product teams to ensure successful project closure and customer satisfaction.
- Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer requirements to strengthen market positioning and business strategy.
