Job Description:

We are expanding our capabilities in Audio Video System Integration (AVSI) to complement our strong Unified Communications (UC) business. We are looking for experienced AVSI Sales professionals to spearhead our AVSI growth across India. This role demands deep knowledge of AVSI technologies, customer-centric solution selling, and solid relationships with OEMs, partners, consultants, and end customers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive AVSI business development and revenue growth across enterprise and mid-market customers.




- Own and manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, solution selling, pricing, negotiation, and closure.
- Engage with CXOs, IT heads, Facility heads, and AV consultants to understand requirements and pitch solutions.
- Architect strategic account plans, influence AV consultants and build specification-led funnels
- Build and manage a healthy pipeline for AVSI solutions – including video conferencing, digital signage, command Control rooms, immersive AV experiences, and hybrid collaboration solutions.
- Collaborate with pre-sales, design, and delivery teams to create winning AV solutions tailored to client needs.
- Forge relationships with AVSI OEMs like Crestron, Extron, Harman, QSC, Biamp, Shure, Barco, LG, Samsung, Poly, Logitech, Jabra, etc.
- Work with AV consultants and general contractors to influence AV specifications.
- Ensure CRM hygiene, reporting accuracy, and forecast discipline.
