Role Description:
We are building a highly specialized, in-house media and marketing engine to transform how healthcare communicates. We need a crucial, visionary Art Director to take the helm of our design department and elevate our visual identity to international standards. This role requires a rare hybrid mindset: the sharp, structured professionalism of a corporate workplace combined with the agile, boundary-pushing creativity of an ad agency.



You will lead a dedicated team of designers, serving as the ultimate aesthetic gatekeeper for our dual-market brands. We need a fast, decisive problem-solver who doesn't just design, but thinks in 360 degrees across illustration, social media, content, and video.

Qualifications
- Design Leadership & Mentorship: Act as the definitive Team Lead for all design resources. You will organize workflows, clear creative blocks, and serve as the final aesthetic gatekeeper to eliminate endless revision loops and ensure daily output hits the mark.
- B2B & B2C Fluency: Navigate seamlessly between enterprise-level, corporate B2B communications and highly engaging, emotion-driven B2C consumer campaigns. You must know how to tailor the visual language for both audiences without losing the core brand identity.
