Job Description

The Sales Head – Construction Solutions (Projects) will hold full strategic and operational ownership of the Construction Solutions (Projects) business vertical, including complete P&L; accountability. The leader will manage entire product portfolio,



build and scale high-performing teams, and drive the development, optimization, and implementation of core processes that will drive the success of the CS Projects business.
This leader will serve as a key driver of Sturdflex’s vision, accelerating company growth through deeper market penetration while autonomously managing pricing, discounts, volume, and profitability. They will build and lead high-performing sales teams with clear accountability for targets and execution, bringing solid domain expertise, established customer relationships, and a proven track record of scaling sales organizations. In close partnership with cross-functional teams, this leader will help strengthen competitive advantage, drive customer retention, and deliver sustained profitable growth.
