Role: Sales Director- Banking (India Sales)
Location - Mumbai
We are looking for a Sales Hunter to join our team with a primary focus on acquiring new logos. This role requires a strategic and results-driven professional with a proven track record in B2B sales. This role is focused on acquiring new clients in the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) sector.

Roles and responsibilities:
- A Sales Lead who is skilled in a hunting role, can bring recent logos and close deals. This will be an IC role where the person should be managing everything from demand to closure, selling predominantly to the BFSI customers
- Identify and target potential clients, leveraging industry networks, conferences, and market intelligence for lead generation.
- Execute sales plans to acquire new logos and contribute to the growth of the client base
- Form and leverage existing relationships at the CXO level and navigate through the client hierarchy to bring together the right audience and decision-makers for pitching offerings




- Customize messaging to align with client needs and effectively present solutions
- Collaborate with internal pre-sales, solutioning, competency, delivery teams, other stakeholders, and partner ecosystem (ISV, Hyperscalers, others) to facilitate successful sales
- Staying current with industry trends, competitive landscapes, emerging technologies, competition landscape to maintain a competitive edge
- Provide insights and recommendations to enhance the company's positioning in the market.
- Maintain CRM hygiene and provide accurate forecasting to leadership (Pipeline & Performance)

Candidate profile:
- 13 – 20 years Minimum IT Services sales experience in Indian BFSI sector
- Bachelor / MBA in relevant field with a strong sales / business acumen
- Strong understanding of the India BFSI market including clients, evolving technologies, current trends, BFSI regulations and competitive landscape
- Domain: Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) sect
