Key Responsibilities
The Zonal Sales Manager will be responsible for establishing, expanding, and managing the CAR-T therapy ecosystem across the assigned zone. This role goes beyond traditional pharma sales and requires strategic engagement with oncology centers, transplant hospitals, clinicians, and institutional stakeholders to drive adoption of CAR-T therapy through scientific credibility and operational coordination.
Zonal Commercial Leadership
- Own zonal revenue, activation targets, and center onboarding plans for CAR-T therapy.
- Develop and execute zone-specific commercial strategies aligned with national CAR-T rollout objectives.
- Identify priority hospitals, transplant centers, and oncology institutes for CAR-T adoption.
