Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead BIM Coordinator - ACS with a minimum of 5+ years of professional experience to lead project teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for client coordination , internal team management , reviewing project deliverables , QA/QC oversight , and ensuring timely project delivery . The role requires robust technical expertise across Architectural, Structural, and MEP disciplines , a proactive and professional approach to training , BIM implementation , and client interactions .

Responsibilities
- Manage multiple projects, ensuring effective resource allocation, progress tracking, and revenue monitoring.
- Support project setup, planning, and execution strategies.
- Ensure optimal resource deployment aligned with project deliverables and P&L; objectives.
- Monitor and review project leads’ updates to ensure accurate tracking of project status.
- Lead BIM execution, implementation, and production activities while supporting project estimations.
- Deliver high-quality outputs for all design stages while adhering to standards, codes,



guidelines, and regulations.
- Coordinate with the Singapore office, clients, and consultants for BIM modelling, reports, and deliverables.
- Manage project workflows, allocate tasks efficiently, and ensure adherence to deadlines.
- Oversee the implementation and management of BIM tools and platforms (e.g., Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360).
- Support recruitment activities and deliver technical orientation sessions for new hires.
- Develop, manage, and optimize Dynamo scripts, while training team members in their usage.
- Manage modelling, coordination, and successful delivery of international projects.
- Demonstrate experience in applying BIM across all disciplines and project domains.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in the BIM industry .
- High proficiency with Revit , Navisworks , and B
