Position: Business Development Manager

We are hiring a performance-driven Business Development Manager with a strong network in the construction industry to strategically expand our presence, secure key accounts, and deliver measurable revenue growth across Maharashtra & Gujarat.
This role will drive market expansion, identify strategic opportunities, and build long-term client relationships for our Project Management and Cost Management Consultancy services. The position requires strong regional market knowledge, excellent industry networking capabilities, and proven expertise in managing tenders, proposals, and business conversions within the construction consultancy ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead business development initiatives across Maharashtra & Gujarat market
- Generate recent leads and convert opportunities for Project Management and Cost Management consultancy services
- Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, corporates, consultants, architects, designers, and other key stakeholders
- Drive growth across multiple real estate sectors, including Data Centres, Hospitality, Healthcare, Education, Commercial, Workspace Interiors, Industrial, Retail, and Residential
- Track upcoming projects, tenders, RFQs, and EOI opportunities
- Coordinate and support proposal submissions, pre-qualification (PQ) documentation, and tender processes
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and regular follow-ups
- Maintain CRM records, pipeline reports, and market intelligence data
- Collaborate internally with delivery and leadership teams to ensure seamles
