We're seeking someone to join our team as an Associate in the Legal and Compliance division.

In the Legal & Compliance division, we assist the Firm in achieving its business objectives by facilitating and overseeing the Firm's management of legal, regulatory and franchise risk. This is an Associate level position within the Current Product Approval (NPA) team, this team The NPA Department governs the process around the review and approval of new product initiatives across all Firm business lines globally to ensure that Firm infrastructure and control groups confirm support capabilities and validate that risk is adequately managed. The Department reports on new product activity to the Firm's business risk management organizations, infrastructure groups and senior management on a regular basis. In addition, the Department is responsible for routine reporting to enterprise level governance committees and engages with regulators as required.

What you'll do in the role:
- Support the Firm's NPA team in governing the global New Product Approval process, primarily for the EMEA region and related activities
- Perform quality assurance reviews throughout the NPA lifecycle to ensure risks are appropriately managed, policies and procedures are followed, and proposals align with strategic objectives
- Track and monitor QA findings, issues, action items and due dates, ensuring timely escalation and resolution
- Produce management information, metrics and reporting for senior management, governance forums and internal stakeholders
- Contribute to GenAI and technology initiatives by defining business requirements, designing and testing AI prompts, performing UAT, supporting platform administration, and partnering with technology teams to implement enhancements
- Support internal audit
