The EMEA/GCC region is a priority growth geography. This associate role is designed to support and grow alongside the senior Client Engagement Manager, taking on end-to-end ownership of select accounts and transactions over time.

Role Overview
The Associate Client Engagement Manager (Associate BDM) works in close partnership with the senior BDM to support Celebal's commercial and client engagement activities across the GCC region — primarily Saudi Arabia and the UAE. This is a hands-on,



execution-focused role for a driven professional who is eager to develop into a full BDM over time.
The Associate BDM assists in the management of the sales pipeline, proposal preparation, client follow-ups, contract coordination, and internal stakeholder alignment. The role requires strong communication skills, commercial awareness, and the ability to manage multiple concurrent engagements with attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Support & Pipeline Management
• Assist the senior BDM in managing and progressing the GCC chance pipeline — from lead qualification to proposal submission and follow-up.
• Support RFP/RFI responses: gather client requirements, coordinate questionnaires, and help compile and format proposals in line with client specifications.
• Track deal status, update CRM records, and prepare pipeline reports and status summaries for internal review.
