Zolo’s inside sales engine is the primary driver of occupancy and revenue across its coliving portfolio. While individual associates handle customer conversations, consistent performance at scale depends on strong on-floor leadership.
As we scale, the challenge is not just generating leads — it is ensuring high conversion rates, robust follow-up discipline, and a motivated, high-energy sales floor every day.
This role exists to ensure that each team of inside sales associates operates with discipline, urgency, and intent — delivering consistent conversion outcomes while maintaining a strong customer experience.
If the Associate Team Lead is strong, the team converts consistently.
If the Associate Team Lead is weak, lead leakage, poor follow-ups, and low energy quickly impact revenue.

Your mandate is transparent
- Own the performance of your inside sales team end-to-end
- Drive daily conversions, follow-ups, and revenue outcomes




- Coach and improve call quality, pitching, and objection handling
- Maintain high energy, motivation, and discipline on the floor
- Ensure zero lead leakage and strong CRM hygiene
- Build a team that consistently meets and exceeds targets

This is not a tracking role. It is active ownership of team performance and outcomes.
