Requirements:
✅ 8–12 years of experience in Luxury Wellness, Hospitality, Premium Salon, Healthcare, Aviation, or Luxury Retail
✅ Solid leadership and team management skills
✅ Proven experience in revenue growth and operational excellence
✅ CRM knowledge (Zenoti preferred )
✅ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
