Writer Relocations is looking for experienced Asset Business Development professionals to join our team in Mumbai and Bangalore .

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for office relocations, machinery moves, industrial projects, and asset relocation services.
- Generate leads and build a robust sales pipeline through client visits, networking, market research, and industry relationships.
- Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, facility managers, project teams, contractors, and key stakeholders to drive business growth.
- Conduct site visits and understand project requirements including scope, timelines, equipment needs, technical requirements, and operational challenges.
- Coordinate with internal teams including Operations, Project Management, Engineering, and Pricing to develop feasible solutions and competitive proposals.
- Prepare and present quotations, proposals, project plans, and commercial submissions aligned with customer requirements and company objectives.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation,



client engagement, negotiations, contract closure, and project handover.
- Monitor project opportunities, sales pipeline, forecasts, and business development reports to ensure effective tracking and achievement of targets.
- Support successful project execution by coordinating with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth handover, timely delivery, and customer satisfaction.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities and improve business performance.
- Understand client project requirements including scope, timelines, manpower, equipment, site conditions, and operational constraints to provide suitable relocation solutions.

Qualification & Experience:
- MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Business Management, or an equivalent postgraduate qualification.
- 4 to 6 years of experience in business development within the asset relocation or log
