ABOUT THE ROLE
MSN Urban Ventures LLP is looking for a results-driven Sales Manager to drive residential sales for MSN Realty, our flagship luxury development at Kokapet, Neopolis. This role owns the full sales cycle — from qualified lead to signed booking — across direct/walk-in clients, channel partners, and referral networks. We're looking for someone who combines strong relationship-building and negotiation skills with the discipline to manage a high-value, considered-purchase sales pipeline, and who can represent a premium brand with the polish our HNI and NRI clientele expect.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales Execution & Closures
- Own the end-to-end sales pipeline from lead qualification through site visits, negotiations,



and final booking/closure — against defined monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct compelling site visits and experience-center walkthroughs for prospective buyers, articulating the project's design, amenities, location advantages, and investment value.
- Manage the complete documentation, booking, and agreement process in coordination with the CRM, legal, and finance teams, ensuring a smooth and transparent customer experience.
- Handle pricing discussions, payment plans, and negotiations within approved guidelines to convert high-intent prospects into confirmed bookings.

Channel Partner (CP) & Direct Sales Management
- Build, activate, and manage a strong Channel Partner network — onboarding new CPs, training them on the project, and driving consistent lead flow and conversions through the CP channel.
