About the Role
We are looking for a Sales Executive who is driven, organized, and comfortable working in a target-oriented setting.

The ideal candidate will have experience in sales, financial services, lending, loans, or fintech , with strong skills in lead management, customer engagement, sales coordination, and working with internal teams to move applications through the sales journey.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales activities to achieve assigned business and revenue targets.
- Identify, engage,



and convert potential customers into qualified leads and active clients.
- Conduct product discussions and consultations with prospective customers.
- Manage leads, follow-ups, and sales pipelines effectively.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Ensure accurate documentation and timely submission of loan applications.
- Coordinate with Operations, Credit, and Customer Support teams for smooth processing and customer experience.
- Track sales performance and maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor offerings.

What We're Looking For
- 0–3 years of experience in Sales, FinTech, BFSI, NBFC, Lending, or Financial Services .
- Experience with loan products or education financing will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Target-oriented with a proactive and go-getter minds
