Role: Program Manager – Agile Delivery & Release Train Engineering
Location: Remote
Work Timing: 8:00 AM CST to 5:00 PM CST/ 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST

Must Have Skills:
- Enterprise Program Leadership
- Has led large, cross-functional technology programs from planning through implementation.
- Experience coordinating multiple teams, business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and dependencies—not just managing a single project.
- Release Train Engineer (or SAFe Program-Level Agile Leadership)
- Has served as an RTE or equivalent, facilitating PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, dependency management, and program-level execution.

Top 3 Required Skills
- Program & Release Train Leadership – Proven experience leading complex enterprise technology programs and serving as a Release Train Engineer (RTE) or in a similar Agile program leadership role.
- Cross-Functional Delivery Management – Ability to coordinate multiple teams, manage dependencies, risks, vendors, integrations, and drive initiatives from planning through implementation.




- Workday Financials/HCM Experience – Hands-on experience leading Workday Financials, HCM, and integration programs (implementation, modernization, enhancements, or ongoing delivery).

Top 3 Nice-to-Have Skills
- Protected Experience & Certifications – Experience facilitating PI Planning and other SAFe ceremonies, with certifications such as SAFe RTE, PMP, PMI-ACP, or CSM.
- Enterprise ERP/ITSM & Third-Party Integration Experience – Experience managing enterprise ERP, HCM, or ITSM platforms and coordinating implementation partners and system integrations.
- Delivery Tools & Agile Platforms – Proficiency with Azure DevOps, Jira, ServiceNow, or similar tools for Agile planning, tracking, and reporting.
