Role Description The Academic Coordinator-CS is a full time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for coordinating Computer Science (CS) academic programs and curriculum implementation across partner schools.



This role involves collaborating with school leadership and teaching staff to align CS curricula with Next Education standards, monitoring classroom delivery, and ensuring adherence to academic guidelines and timelines. The Academic Coordinator-CS conducts regular academic reviews, provides pedagogical support and training to educators, and analyzes learner performance data to recommend improvements. Daily tasks include planning curriculum rollouts, supporting lesson implementation, facilitating workshops, managing academic documentation, and coordinating with internal product and content teams to address academic issues. The role also requires ongoing research on CS education trends to help enhance curriculum quality and integrate innovative teaching strategies.
Qualifications

Strong foundation in Education and Curriculum Development for K–12, particularly in Computer Science.
Excellent Communication skills for coord
