SoftKnack is an AI-first SaaS company building industry-specific vertical software products — including salon management, fleet management, and workforce platforms — alongside a founder-led, AI-augmented QA services practice. We're a small, fast-moving team of ~13 across engineering, design, and media, with live products deploying to clients in India, Australia, and South Africa.
The Role

You'll be the person who keeps our product delivery on rails. Working directly with the Founder and engineering team, you'll run our Scrum ceremonies, own sprint boards, track deliverables across multiple concurrent products, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks. This is a hands-on coordination role with a explicit growth path into full project ownership.
What You'll Do
- Run daily standups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives for 2–3 product teams
- Own and maintain sprint boards (Jira/Linear/similar)



— backlog grooming, story hygiene, velocity tracking
- Track cross-team dependencies and proactively surface blockers before they slip timelines
- Prepare weekly delivery status summaries for the Founder and clients
- Coordinate UAT cycles, release checklists, and go-live activities with engineering and QA
- Document sprint outcomes, decisions, and action items — and follow up until closed
- Assist with client-facing delivery communication under Founder guidance
Must-Haves
- 1–2 years of experience in a software project coordination, Scrum Master, or delivery role
- Hands-on Scrum experience is mandatory — you have personally run sprints, not just studied the framework. Be ready to walk us through a sprint you ran: what went wrong, and what you changed
- Working knowledge of a project management tool (Jira, Linear, ClickUp, Asana, or similar)
