Role Description The Salesperson role at Tata Capital is a full time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The role involves identifying and acquiring new customers, promoting relevant financial products, and managing end-to-end sales processes from lead generation to closure. The Salesperson will conduct needs assessments, present tailored solutions across offerings such as consumer, housing, and commercial finance, and ensure documentation and compliance requirements are met. Daily activities include maintaining a robust sales pipeline,



meeting assigned targets, coordinating with internal teams for smooth service delivery, and providing post-sales support to enhance customer satisfaction. The role also requires regular reporting of sales performance, market feedback, and competitor insights.
Qualifications
Proven sales and business development skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, and deal closure.
Strong customer relationship management capabilities with a focus on consultative selling and service orientation.
Knowledge of retail and housing finance, and familiarity with other financial products such as commercial finance, microfinance, and credit cards.
Effective communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts in a clear, accessible manner.
Comfort working with CRM tools, basic MS Office applications, and reporting dashboards.
