Job Overview
We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist with solid expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram). The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in planning, executing, optimizing, and scaling paid campaigns to generate high-quality leads and maximize ROI.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, create, and manage campaigns across:
Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max)
Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
Perform keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis
Optimize campaigns regularly for:
CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS
Conversion rate improvement
Set up and manage:
Conversion tracking (Google Tag Manager, GA4, Meta Pixel)
Remarketing and retargeting campaigns
Analyze campaign performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports
Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives, copies, and landing pages




Work closely with design and content teams for ad creatives
Manage budgets efficiently and scale profitable campaigns
Stay updated with latest trends, algorithm changes, and ad policies

Required Skills:-
Proven experience in:
Google Ads (minimum 3–4 years)
Meta Ads Manager
Strong understanding of:
Bidding strategies (Manual CPC, Max Conversions, tCPA, tROAS)
Audience segmentation & funnel strategy
Hands-on experience with:
Google Analytics (GA4)
Google Tag Manager
Conversion tracking & pixel setup
Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
Good understanding of landing page optimization
Strong communication and reporting skills

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field
Experience with SaaS / Lead Generation / Service-based businesses
Google Ads Certification
Experience in tools like:
SEMrush / Ahrefs
AI Tools for Ma
