nKey Responsibilities

- n
- Develop and modify MBOM structures and manage engineering changes. N
- Receive and review EBOM. N
- Create and maintain production routers. N
- Develop and update production and rework work instructions. N




- Create and maintain SAProutings and master routings. N
- Release approved manufacturing and assembly plans for production. N
- Manage Routing StandardChange Request (RSCR) processes. N
- Maintain standard work procedures and manufacturing planning in Solumina. N
- Create and maintain purchase routing (CCS). N
- Generate tool orders, production orders and standard work documentation. N
- Support Aftermarket teams with field repair and retrofit designs. N
- Create NC rework programs for quality notifications and defects. N
- Conduct process and workflow improvement studies. N
- Modify routing steps, hours, lot sizes, PRTs and long text. N

- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Aerospace Engineering or equivalent. N
- 1–5 years of manufacturing support experience. N
- Minimum 1 year hands-onshopfloor manufacturing experience – MUST. N
- Machining and/or assembly shopfloor experience.
