- 12–18 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting within fertilizer manufacturing. N
- Minimum 5 years in a plant finance leadership role. N
- Experience in fertilizer, chemicals, petrochemicals, process manufacturing, or similar industries preferred. N
- Robust exposure to costaccounting, plant operations, inventory management, and statutory compliance. N

nKey Responsibilities
N1. Financial Accounting &Reporting;

- n
- Maintain accuratebooks of accounts for the manufacturing unit. N
- Ensure timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing. N
- Prepare plant-level Profit & Loss Account, Balance Sheet, and MIS reports. N
- Reconcile plant accounts with corporate finance. N
- Ensure adherence to accounting standards and company policies. N

n2. Cost Accounting

- Maintain standardcosting and actual product costing for composite fertilizers. N
- Analyze: N
- Raw material consumption N
- Utility costsn
- Energy costs N




- Conversion costsn
- Manufacturing overheads N
- Conduct variance analysis against budgets and standards. N
- Determine product-wise profitability. N
- Monitor production yields and process losses. N
- Support pricing decisions through detailed cost analysis. N
