Job DescriptionRole Summary
NThe VP – Capital Markets Product Controller is responsible for ensuring the integrity of financial reporting, product P&L;, balance sheet accuracy, and the control environment across Capital Markets products, including derivatives, structured products, FX, equities, and fixed income. The role provides end-to-end ownership of product accounting, fair value accounting, revenue recognition, financial controls, and governance while partnering with Business Finance, Risk, Operations, Technology, and Product teams to support business growth and regulatory compliance.
NKey Responsibilities
nFinancial Control & Product Controllership

- Own end-to-end controllership for Capital Markets products across derivatives, structured products, FX, equities, and fixed income. N
- Ensure accurate productaccounting, P&L; reporting, fair value accounting, revenue recognition, and balance sheet integrity. N
- Review complex accounting treatments, valuation adjustments, reserves, and reporting impacts. N
- Support month-end and quarter-end close,

nGovernance & Risk Management

- Maintain a robustfinancial control framework, ensuring compliance with IFRS, internal accounting policies, and regulatory requirements. N
- Identify, assess, and escalate accounting, operational, market, and reporting risks. N
- Support audit, regulatory reviews, CFO attestations, and control remediation initiatives. N
- Review and approve financial control design for new products, system implementations, and process changes. N

nBusiness Partnership

- Partner with Business Finance, Product, Markets, Risk, Operations, Technology, and Change teams to provide independent financial oversight. N
- Analyze key P&L; drivers, fair value movements, and balance sheet trends, providing meaningful commercial insights. N
