Job DescriptionResponsibilities
NReports to the Installation Manager.
NAnalyze drawings & clear all projects related doubts with the Designer.
NUpdate site initial condition & feasibility to start work with the coordinator.
NEnsure all carpenters/installers are wearing uniforms, and ID cards & follow office timings.
NEnsure all materials are available at sites before assigning carpenters to execute the project.
NMonitor installation works regularly & update it to the coordinator till completion of execution.
NResponsible for Maintenance of attendance at the site and control of absenteeism.
NAdherence to System & Process from time to time.
NDevelop a good rapport with Customers & update work status simultaneously to both coordinator & Customers.




NEnsure that unused materials are returned back to the stores/warehouse after Completion of the Project & update the report to Coordinator & Warehouse in charge.
NEXPERTISE AND QUALIFICATIONS
NDesired Education, Skills& Experience
NShould be thorough in allmodular products & accessories aspects.
NGood communicator, ability to handle multi-functional activity & pressure in the execution process.
NAbility to create valuable rapport with internal & external customers.
NForecasting the market trend & align with the business accordingly to keep up the market needs.
NWorking days- 6 days per week Project Management, Site Inspections, Site Engineering
