Key Responsibilities
Teaching & Academic Delivery
- Teach undergraduate courses in Mechanical Engineering with emphasis on Robotics and Mechatronics.
- Deliver courses such as:
- Robotics and Automation
- Industrial Robotics
- Mechatronic Systems
- Sensors and Actuators
- Embedded Systems for Robotics
- Control Systems
- Artificial Intelligence for Robotics
- Machine Vision
- CAD/CAM and Digital Manufacturing
- Develop cutting-edge teaching methodologies including project-based, experiential, and outcome-based learning.
- Design laboratory experiments and practical sessions using industrial robotics platforms and simulation software.





Research & Innovation
- Conduct high-quality research in Robotics, Automation, Smart Manufacturing, Autonomous Systems, Human-Robot Interaction, AI-enabled Robotics, and Industry 4.0.
- Publish research papers in reputed SCI/Scopus-indexed journals.
- Secure sponsored research projects from government agencies and industry.
- Establish interdisciplinary research collaborations with national and international institutions.
- Guide M.Tech. and Ph.D. scholars.

Student Mentoring
- Mentor students in capstone projects, innovation challenges, hackathons, robotics competitions, and entrepreneurship initiatives.
- Encourage participation in SAE, BAJA, RoboCon, Smart India Hackathon, and similar national/international competitions.
- Support student internships and industrial training.

Industry Engagement
- Develop partnerships with robotics and automation industries.
