Role Description This is a full time Sales Manager role based in Lucknow with a hybrid work arrangement, combining on-site responsibilities with some work-from-home flexibility. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving health insurance sales, managing a team of sales executives and agents, and meeting assigned sales and growth targets for the region. Day-to-day tasks include planning and executing sales strategies, monitoring performance metrics, coaching and motivating team members, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. The role involves building and maintaining relationships with customers, agents, corporate partners, and bancassurance and broker channels, while promoting Star Health’s products and services.
