NEFICYENT is looking for adynamic and result-oriented professional with experience in fintech, remittance, forex, or cross-border payments industry. The ideal candidate should have experience handling client relationships, onboarding partners, increasing transaction volumes, and expanding payment corridors.
NKey Responsibilities

- Identify and onboard new merchants, partners, aggregators, and corporate clients. N
- Manage and strengthen relationships with existing clients and partners. N
- Increase transaction volumes across international payment corridors. N
- Coordinate with compliance and operations teams for smooth onboarding and transaction processing. N
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable payout, collection, and FX solutions. N
- Conduct market researchand identify new growth opportunities. N
- Prepare proposals, commercial discussions, and partnership presentations. N
- Maintain sales pipeline, client records, and reporting updates. N
- Represent EFICYENT during industry events, networking meets,



and fintech conferences. N
- Work closely with internal teams to improve client experience and operational efficiency. N

nRequirements

- N
- 2-3 years of experiencein fintech, forex, remittance, payment gateway, or international payments industry. N
- Positive understanding of SWIFT transfers, payouts, collections, settlement cycles, and FX. N
- Strong communication and relationship management skills. N
- Experience handling B2Bclients and strategic partnerships. N
- Familiarity with AML/KYC onboarding processes is preferred. N
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced fintech environment. N
- Existing network withinfintech or payments ecosystem is an added advantage. N
- Proficiency in Excel, CRM tools, and reporting. N
