nWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced sales leader to drive our B2C sales across Pan India. The Associate Director – Sales will be responsible for leading regional teams, achieving revenue targets, and expanding market presence. This role requires strong leadership, proven sales expertise, and the ability to manage large-scale operations while ensuring consistent growth.

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets. N
- Build, mentor, and manage high-performing sales teams across multiple regions. N
- Drive customer acquisition, retention, and satisfaction through effective sales initiatives. N
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify current opportunities. N
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives. N




- Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain high standards of professionalism. N
- Travel extensively across India as per business requirements. N

- Minimum 14+ yearsof experience in B2C sales, with a proven track record of revenue generation. N
- Strong team management and leadership skills, with experience in handling large, diverse teams. N
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. N
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver results under pressure. N
- Willingness to travel extensively across Pan India. N
- Based out of Bangalore,reporting to the Director – Sales. N
