Job DescriptionJob Summary:
NWe're seeking a thoughtful Menswear Designer to assist in the design and development of menswear collections. You will work closely with the Founder and Design Head to translate the brand's craft-led philosophy into contemporary menswear, from concept through to sampling.
NKey Responsibilities

- Design and develop menswear styles across seasonal collections N
- Create sketches, technical drawings, and detailed tech packs N
- Support pattern development, draping, fittings, and sample reviews N
- Collaborate with textile, embroidery, merchandising, and production teams throughout product development N
- Research fabrics, crafttechniques, trims, and global menswear references N
- Maintain design documentation and sampling trackers N

nRequirements

- 2–3 years' experience in premium, luxury, or designer apparel N




- Strong foundation in pattern making, garment construction, fit, and silhouette development N
- Understanding of Indiantextiles, artisanal techniques, and fabric development. N
- Detail-oriented with a refined aesthetic and strong execution skills N
- Curious, collaborative,and comfortable working in a founder-led creative environment N

nPreferred Qualifications

- Educational background from NIFT, Pearl Academy, NID, Srishti Manipal Institute, MSU Baroda, or equivalent N
- Experience with sustainable fashion practices and textiles N
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop N
- Solid networking skills within the fashion industry N
