NRole: You will own our marketing and social media content from idea to final output, lead the creative team, and make the work perform. The three things this role lives on are ideation, copywriting and creative direction all backed by numbers.
NYou will lead a team of video editors, a graphic designer and AI content specialists.
Ideation N

- You come up with the content ideas, angles and hooks yourself, every day, without waiting for a brief. N
- You turn each product —AR car idols, VR darshan, smart frames — into several different content concepts. N
- You track what is trending and convert it into brand content quickly. N
- You plan content seriesand campaigns instead of one-off posts. N
- You generate a lot of ideas and pick the ones worth producing. N

Copywritingn
- n
- You write the hooks, captions, scripts, ad copy and CTAs across all our content. N




- You hold the brand voice and write in both English and devotional Hindi, in a register that suits a bhakti audience. N
- You write ad copy that converts, not just copy that reads well. N
- You can write hooks andad copy quickly, in volume, and on the spot. N

Ownership and outputn

- You set the quality baron every reel, static and ad, and you do not let flat work go out. N
- You brief the team, give transparent feedback and push the work until it is right. N
- You are accountable forthe numbers — views, shares, watch-through and ROAS. N

Must haven
- n
- Experience working with D2C brands. N
- Commercial reels that have crossed 1 million views, which you can show us. N
- The ability to write hooks and ad copy on the spot. N
- Experience leading a creative team. N
- A strong command of short-form content. N
- Copywriting in both English and Hindi. N
- A track record of running and scaling brand social accounts.
