NRole: Sales Lead
NAs a Sales Lead, you willown the entire sales funnel and be responsible for driving closures and achieving monthly revenue targets for your assigned Experience Centre.

- Own and manage the end-to-end sales funnel to drive higher conversion rates N
- Drive 12–15 project bookings per month by ensuring strong pipeline management N
- Deliver exceptional customer experience and relationship management throughout the sales journey N
- Collaborate closely with designers at the Experience Centre to ensure seamless execution of assigned projects N
- Coach and train designers to improve customer interactions and overall experience quality N
- Take ownership of centre-level growth, contributing to overall business expansion in the city N

nWhat We're LookingFor

- Bachelor's degree(B.Arch, B.Tech, Commerce) or Master's degree/MBA from a Tier 2 institute or above N
- 4–5+ years of experience in Business Development and Growth roles N
- 3+ years of experience in B2C sales, preferably in a high-value consultative selling workplace N
