NJob Overview:
NThe person will work closely with the sales, service lines, COEs and delivery teams to understand client needs/RFP asks and take ownership for the RFP/bid responses, The Presales Consultant will be responsible for responding to RFPs related to Digital Work Place services, Infrastructure services ( Network, Storage, Backup, Cloud and Data Center), Field Services. Cloud Services( AWS, Azure, GCP).

NResponsibilities:

- Develop and maintain collaterals related to the pre-sales activities – capability presentations, case studies, RFP response templates, RFP repository. N
- Responsible for responding to RFI/RFP/proactive proposal/capability docs requirements, working closely with sales and delivery teams. N
- Ownership to prepare the timelines plan and drive the pre-sales activities N
- Understand the customerrequirements and develop technical proposal/solution in infrastructure areas such as Cloud Managed Services,



Cloud Migrations and Transformations (AWS, Azure, GCP), Field Services, Service Desk, Digital Workplace, Data Center Managed Services, Network management services etc. N
- Work with subject matter expert to get the end-to-end solution. N
- Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to build the RFP/RFI/RFQ response and able to understand the business requirements, work closely with delivery teams to document the solutions N
- Prepare technical presentation with custom solution for current prospects. N
- Experience of leading large RFPs (>
5 mil USD in TCV) and working on different service lines –, Infrastructure services, Cloud services, Service Desk, infra support etc. N
