nBe the go-to person for users, from solving problems to building meaningful relationships that keep them coming back.

- Scale regional communities (Telugu, Kannada, Gujarati, Bengali, Marathi, Hindi and Punjabi) N

nDrive growth by empowering matchmakers, creators, and moderators, the backbone of our ecosystem.

- Turn users into creators & leaders N

nIdentify, nurture,and grow micro-influencers within the app who drive matchmaking, virtual gifting, and live interactions.

- n
- Monetise and upskill the ecosystem N

nDesign and executestrategies that help creators earn, grow, and stay engaged over the long term.

- Work at the intersection of product & community N

nCollaborate with product teams to launch and optimise features that improve engagement, retention, and revenue.

- Stay ahead of culture & trends N

nFrom regional content to viral formats, you'll spot what's next and bring it into the app before anyone else.

- Build safe, engaging spaces N

nManage and supportmultiple language communities to ensure they remain positive, inclusive, and interactive.
NWhat We're Looking For
N
- n
- 1+ years of experience in community, operations, or campaign management, especially with regional audiences N
- Solid understanding ofany of these languages and cultures: Telugu, Kannada, Bengali, Gujarati, Marathi, Hindi and Punjabi N
- Natural ability to connect with people and build trust at scale N
- Hands-on experience with creators, influencers, or user-generated content ecosystems N
