About the RoleWe are looking for a creative, organised and execution-focused Social Media Manager to manage the digital presence of four education brands:
- SGA – Sampurna Growth Academy: Holistic education and life-growth platform
- The Weekend School (TWS): Weekend programmes for leadership, creativity and essential life skills
- Chate Prep Plus (CPP): Smart academic preparation, test series, crash courses and online learning
- Chate Coaching Classes (CCC): Established academic coaching brand

This is not only a posting role. You will be responsible for understanding each brand, planning content, coordinating shoots, creating campaigns, publishing consistently and improving reach, engagement and enquiries.

Key Responsibilities
Content Strategy and Planning
- Create separate monthly content calendars for all four brands.
- Understand the different audiences,



objectives and communication styles of each brand.
- Convert programme ideas, student problems, academic topics and founder insights into engaging content.
- Plan content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn and WhatsApp.
- Maintain the right balance between educational, inspirational, promotional and community-focused content.

Content Creation
- Write captions, hooks, video scripts, carousel content, ad copy and campaign messages.
- Coordinate and conduct basic photo and video shoots with students, teachers, coaches and team members.
- Create or coordinate reels, short-form videos, carousels, posters, stories and testimonials.
- Work with designers and video editors while also being capable of creating quick content independently using Canva and mobile editing tools.
- Repurpose one idea into multiple formats across different platforms.
