NWe are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive with 3 to 8 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, primarily focusing on US sales. This role requires expertise in cold calling, email campaigns, meeting scheduling, and follow-ups to build a robust sales pipeline. Experience in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) or healthcare sales is a solid advantage.
NKey Responsibilities:

nConduct outbound cold calls and manage targeted email campaigns to generate and qualify leads from US-based clients.

nSchedule meetings and product demos with prospective clients to discuss their business needs.

nMaintaining consistent follow-ups to nurture leads through the sales funnel and close deals.

nDevelop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

nCollaborate with marketing and other internal teams to optimize sales strategies. Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.

nTrack sales activities and report progress using CRM tools.

nProven experience in US sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
