OVERVIEW
The Head of School appoints the Business Management & Economics Teacher with input from the Governing Board. The teacher is responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and learning in Business Management and Economics while ensuring that all students are safe, secure, and appropriately supervised. The teacher also contributes to the academic, personal, and social development of students and actively supports the wider school community.

As an educational professional working in a K–12 international school, the teacher is expected to:

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The duties and responsibilities of the teacher include:
- Deliver high-quality Business Management and Economics lessons aligned with the IB curriculum.
- Plan annual, unit, and lesson plans, assessments, and examinations.
- Monitor, assess, and report student progress in accordance with school and IB assessment policies.
- Ensure the safety, wellbeing, and positive behaviour of all students.
- Contribute to curriculum planning, review, and collaborative planning meetings.
