Job DescriptionJob Title: DGM / AGM - Finance & Accounting
NRoles and Responsibilities:
No Responsible for the maintenance of all ledgers, bank reconciliations, journal entries
No Administer the general accounting processes with other group companies which includes fixed
Nassets accounts and provide financial reports
No Reconciliation of vendor and customer ledgers
No Preparation and making timely payment of taxes
No Ensure all process controls are in place, including receivable & payable management
No Define and execute required corporate MIS statements and operational reports
No Be proactive and participate in the financial analysis of the operation
No Provide timely explanations of variances between actual results and budgets;
provide corrective
naction and recommendations to management
No Oversee and ensure accurate monthly financial reports, including P&L; statements, balance sheet,
Ncash flow statements and year-end financial reports




No Primarily responsible for fund and working capital management
No Ensure compliance and oversee the preparation and filing all statutory payments and returns
No Oversee receivable and payable management and finalization of accounts
No Handle statutory, internal, tax audit and providing statements necessary for assessment work
NImportant Skills:
No Excellent communicator and fluent in English and prefer to be able to speak in Kannada
No Excellent ability to work in MS Word, Excel & Tally
No Liaison with OEM's and financiers etc.
No Ability to work independently and multi-task in a team
No Experience in the automotive industry will be a outstanding benefit but not a necessity
